There is an air bubble in the ends of the handles. You can press this and then the ears go up. Kawaiiiiii!

• The ears of each hat move differently. We test all hats before shipping. One ears go a little crooked, the other ears a little back.... never quite perfect.
• Don't pull on the ends! Then you will destroy the system.
• There is no warranty on the hat. We test every beanie before it leaves our warehouse, you will receive a beanie that has been tested and approved by us.
• The seams may have small imperfections and loose threads
